Natural fibers

If there were a way that we could be 100% organic today in all our fibers, we would be. But as we work to develop more organic farming projects and until we reach our 100% organic goal, all of our clothing is completely natural and pure, made only from sustainable and renewable resources. Why does this matter?

Synthetic fibers like polyester and nylon are made from petroleum-based chemicals. Their production requires much higher consumption of energy and chemicals than natural fibers, and uses non-renewable resources.

hessnatur doesn’t use any harmful chemical substances in any aspect of growing the fibers or producing our apparel. No dyes or finishes that can harm the environment or human health. When you wear our cashmere, wool, cotton, linen or silk, you’ll know that what you put next to your skin is as healthy as it is beautiful and luxurious.
